Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, improve, and maintain system and subsystem requirements, interface control documents, and specifications.
  • •Utilize enabling technologies for requirements modeling and simulation, management, collaboration, and interoperability.
  • •Perform requirements flow-down/allocation and maintain traceability with development of verification matrices.
  • •Conduct trade studies to optimize overall system and subsystem performance.
  • •Facilitate technical discussions with chief engineers, subject matter experts, and technical lead engineers to identify and implement solutions to resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work.
  • •2+ years of experience with requirements development, verification, validation, ICDs, risk, issues and opportunities management, and/or trade studies.
  • •Experience with the Systems Engineering product development lifecycle.
  • •Ability to use analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship; interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance post-start is required.
