Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Salesforce end-to-end, including data model, schema, Flows, validation rules, permissions, record pages, DevOps hygiene, and platform reliability across the revenue lifecycle.
  • •Build and maintain GTM stack integrations, APIs, OAuth/access patterns, and administer the surrounding tooling (Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign).
  • •Design and operate quote-to-cash, CPQ controls, contract and entitlement layer, and customer lifecycle mechanics for pipeline, deployment, health, and renewal.
  • •Design, build, and ship AI/agentic systems for GTM—health/scoring models, MEDDPICC scorers, research/enrichment/routing agents, and MCP servers for safe read/write of GTM data.
  • •Improve data quality and reporting controls (dedupe/normalization, audit backfills, escalation for production GTM system issues) and ensure observability/guardrails for AI capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning GTM systems in a revenue, sales, or RevOps organization, with hands-on Salesforce administration as a system of record.
  • •Experience owning additional GTM tooling beyond Salesforce (e.g., Gong, Clay, Apollo, Lusha, Nooks, Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign) including integrations and access patterns.
  • •Hands-on experience building out full GTM tech stacks and owning multiple components, not just one isolated system.
  • •Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling, quote-to-cash, contracts/entitlements, and renewals, including configuring and troubleshooting in production.
  • •Working familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components, plus comfort with SQL and Python/scripting to build/debug pipelines and integrations.
