Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing the design process from campus planning/basis of design through issuance of construction drawings.
  • •Develop and assist in planning kickoff workshops and facilitate design reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Author scopes of work for contracts and gain buy-in; issue, administer, and track contracts and deliverables.
  • •Track cost, schedule, progress, and scope; provide dashboard reporting; manage change for project scope and design contracts.
  • •Complete quality checks of design issues in the BIM environment, coordinate design activities with procurement and construction, and support project closeout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Minimum 1 year of design project management experience is required.
  • •3+ years of experience in design and/or construction project management is preferred.
  • •Strong experience understanding design principles and practices, with intermediate understanding of construction principles and practices.
  • •Experience managing and coordinating project teams, including preparation of project plans/specifications and drafting scopes of work.
