Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute HR strategy and implement plans/programs to optimize utilization of HR in support of business unit objectives.
  • •Partner with leadership to create a safe environment and leverage the employee value proposition to improve retention and development.
  • •Identify and correct risk-generating patterns in EEO and AA using available resources, and spot behavior patterns that may lead to team member dissatisfaction.
  • •Provide coaching to support leadership development and decision-making to drive performance and productivity.
  • •Determine workforce strategy, participate in talent and development evaluation, and monitor HR program/policy success against ROI targets to adjust as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to adapt communication across organizational levels.
  • •Significant knowledge in HR strategy execution with strong analytical skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
