Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan production for certain cells in the factory in accordance with cell policies and procedures.
  • •Understand manufacturing interdependencies and identify/optimize cell bottlenecks to keep the overall production plan on schedule.
  • •Monitor daily scheduling plans and adjust them as needed.
  • •Analyze material input availability, adjust workload release plans, and collaborate with purchasing to mitigate impacts.
  • •Act as a resource person across customer service, engineering, project management, and manufacturing cells, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or administration.

  • •Bilingualism in French and English is required; strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
