Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit and verify revenue transactions, record them, and prepare daily and monthly sales and other reports for management.
  • •Analyze variances and rectify errors in the Daily Sales Report for assigned clubs.
  • •Audit transactions (concept and micros), including discounts and vouchers, and ensure approvals and policy compliance; escalate anomalies as required.
  • •Reconcile revenue and settlements, including credit card batch totals from Z reports, receipts, banking summaries, and credit card slip verifications.
  • •Perform reconciliation of member transactions, update SAP receipts and daily summaries, archive reports monthly, and support credit card disputes and periodic cash/count spot checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Commerce degree.
  • •2 years of experience in a similar junior accounting role at a reputed establishment.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting packages plus MS Office, Excel, and report writing.
  • •Self-motivated team player with pleasant personality.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
