  • •Execution & Delivery: Translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps with global Product Managers and drive momentum through hands-on support.
  • •Scale the Platform: Drive the transition to a self-service model and oversee geographic expansion to maintain performance across regions.
  • •Evangelism: Champion the platform, build a developer community, and drive adoption through technical content and internal public speaking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 160,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in platform development with 2+ years of formal people management or proven team leadership
  • •Highly proficient in Python and Java
  • •Practical experience building service-oriented architectures in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • •Familiarity with workflow orchestration systems such as Temporal, n8n, Pipedream
  • •Agile methodology and a proactive AI/SDLC optimization mindset
