Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient care, including educating patients and families about health conditions and advising for emotional support.
  • •Assess and reassess patients, collect and analyze health data, determine nursing diagnoses, and define expected outcomes for planned care.
  • •Administer medications and monitor for side effects, provide life support per regulatory scope, and perform treatments including IV fluids and blood products.
  • •Perform wound care and assist with mobility and activities of daily living, maintaining sterile environments for procedures such as catheter insertion and dressing changes.
  • •Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for transfers, discharges, referrals, and continuity of care; follow infection control and emergency procedures while maintaining equipment and supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •Appropriate license to work as a registered nurse with all qualifications and experience required by the relevant regulatory health authority.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
  • •Willing to work across departments and on call when necessary.
  • •Manage own professional re-licensure.
  • •Maintain clinical competency through ongoing training, certifications, and competency evaluations.
