Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, lead-time, and waste.
  • •Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to daily engineering activities and improvement projects.
  • •Use statistical analysis to evaluate process performance, variation, trends, and improvement results.
  • •Lead structured problem solving using DMAIC and root-cause tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, SPC, process capability, DOE) to address defects, scrap, and rework.
  • •Standardize successful improvements through process controls, procedures, documentation, and training; coach teams and collaborate cross-functionally to validate benefits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, quality engineering, or continuous improvement.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and structured problem solving.
  • •Experience with FMEA, SPC, process capability analysis, DMAIC, and DOE.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab (or equivalent statistical software); Power BI is an advantage.
