Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Stripe Issuing efforts in the UK and Europe, shaping product strategy for managing users’ card programs.
  • •Partner with engineering to deliver new Stripe Issuing product solutions for UK and European markets.
  • •Collaborate with design, legal, risk, compliance, and engineering early to develop product plans and user experiences.
  • •Own the EMEA Issuing roadmap and go-to-market with product marketing.
  • •Serve as the voice of the user in product and API designs by gathering direct customer feedback and ensuring scalable, performant builds.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a product role.
  • •Domain knowledge in financial products, especially card issuing, financial systems, and card networks.
  • •Experience scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams.
  • •Experience building platform and/or API products.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to precisely articulate customer problems.
