Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain internal procurement-related data and deliver regular reporting such as weekly inventory/shortage and monthly RM Forecast report cards and Cost Per Wafer reports.
  • •Own Procurement cost tracking across teams by monitoring CoEn activity, reporting regularly, and preparing monthly analysis summaries and exec presentations.
  • •Support internal and external requests for data and analysis, including ad hoc requests from DS Procurement.
  • •Coordinate SOP/certification processes across Procurement.
  • •Support systems/software development and upgrades, help manage team-wide improvements projects, and assist with internal/external audit and compliance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Business/Supply Chain Management (ideal) or related field such as Chemical/Mechanical/Material Engineering.
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) with experience in ERP/inventory management and data management/coding.
  • •Preferred ISO/IATF audit and management experience.
  • •Strong communication (verbal and written), data analysis, and time management skills.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
