Job Summary

Lead the AI strategy for agentic AI across Drata’s product lines, owning a multi-year vision and cross-team execution. Key Responsibilities

•Set and drive the Agentic AI vision across Drata’s product lines, creating portfolios, roadmaps, and investment frameworks for AI agents and automation in GRC workflows.
•Own end-to-end outcomes for AI agents in production, including problem framing, deployment, guardrails, optimization, and measurement.
•Design and evolve the MCP-based ecosystem and agent orchestration patterns, building reusable blocks for the broader product org and ensuring safe, observable AI agents in production.
•Drive cross-pillar collaboration with Platform, Core GRC, TPRM, Reporting, and Integrations to ship end-to-end AI-enabled workflows.
•Champion customer-obsessed, data- and AI-first product craft by engaging with customers and partners to translate insights into high-impact product bets and iterative shipping.

Salary: USD 207,700 - 256,600 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience, with significant time as a senior/lead PM owning complex, multi-team product areas.
•3–5+ years building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered products, with at least 2+ years directly working on agentic systems, copilots, or autonomous workflows in production.
•Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and iterating AI agents in production, including setting up evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and observability.
•Deep understanding of the agentic ecosystem and Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar paradigms (tools/plugins, actions, function calling, retrieval, orchestrators).
•Strong technical fluency: comfortable reading API docs, reasoning about data and model tradeoffs, and partnering with engineering on architecture-level decisions.
