Key Responsibilities

  • •Own special projects including medium-voltage manufacturing expansion programs, covering scope, budget, schedule, and cross-functional execution.
  • •Lead production area layout and facility/capability buildout, including material flow and test bay development requirements.
  • •Coordinate medium-voltage test capability development, from equipment specification and procurement to commissioning and technician qualification.
  • •Manage first-of-a-kind customer programs without established production processes, documenting the process you create.
  • •Build and manage capital budget justifications and risk mitigation, then transition completed capability into standing production ownership with documented acceptance criteria.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing projects within the electrical equipment, construction, engineering and/or manufacturing industry.
  • •Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management (closely related fields considered).
  • •Working knowledge of medium-voltage power distribution equipment and the manufacturing and test requirements.
  • •Experience managing capital budgets and long-lead capital procurement through justification, execution, and close-out.
  • •Proven ability to define scope, structure, and process independently on programs with no internal precedent.
