Key Responsibilities

  • •Use data management metrics and insights to influence senior business leaders in an action-oriented way
  • •Apply data governance processes and controls to proactively mitigate risks
  • •Provide strategic program leadership and drive program alignment across a matrixed, highly complex regulated environment
  • •Spearhead large-scale risk management program management/governance and design risk-focused project plans as requirements change
  • •Communicate program status, risks, issues, and decisions across stakeholders; flag critical risks and concerns and support audits/regulatory exams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • •At least 8 years of experience in Risk Management, Project Management, Operations, Compliance, or Process Management
  • •At least 8 years of people leadership experience
  • •At least 7 years of program management experience
  • •At least 7 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
