Own the product direction for semiconductor patterned wafer metrology, serving as the single point of contact for customer engagement. Lead end-to-end PRD creation, define customer technical requirements from deep analysis of roadmaps, and drive development of metrology use-cases including timelines, delivery, and feedback. Provide technical leadership on complex problems, generate patents, and guide methodologies to optimize system performance in collaboration with customers.
