Job Summary

Build and deepen client relationships as part of the Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring the right investment and insurance solutions. You’ll assess clients’ financial wellness needs, open personal and business accounts, and grow a referral pipeline through prospecting and centers of influence. Partner with branch and line-of-business teams to meet sales and activity goals, while ensuring compliance and supporting branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions based on client needs.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline using prospecting, centers of influence, and a disciplined approach to calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts and support client transaction needs, including assistance on the teller line as required.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and participating in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and strong interpersonal interaction skills.
•FINRA licenses (S6 and S63), FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire.
