Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the principal point of contact between consultant, client, EPC contractors, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
  • •Develop the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibility matrix, and communication and reporting arrangements.
  • •Mobilize and deploy PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations, and HVDC terminal stations.
  • •Review and monitor baseline schedules, procurement, construction methodology, resource plans, and commissioning programs; drive recovery/acceleration as needed.
  • •Oversee quality, HSE, progress reviews, contractor claims/variations, risk registers, and construction-completion through pre-commissioning, energization readiness, and handover close-out deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in EHV transmission line and substation projects.
  • •Proven experience leading at least one major 400 kV/765 kV transmission or substation project.
  • •Experience in HVDC, GIS, large power transformers, reactors, and control & protection systems (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of project controls, contracts, quality management, HSE, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
