Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development and delivery of features and capabilities for Conversion services to be agentic AI-ready for future conversions across Partnerships and the Enterprise.
  • •Lead creation of next-generation software to make conversions easier and faster for customers and the business.
  • •Own product strategy for the Partnerships Conversions Product team within Capital One’s Discover backbook conversion program.
  • •Lead and manage a team of Product Managers to deliver key outcomes and customer experiences.
  • •Work cross-functionally to identify and resolve complex product problems while mitigating product risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or Business/Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •4+ years of Product Management experience (or equivalent degree + experience combination as described).
  • •Ability to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated proficiency across human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product management practices (as outlined in Capital One’s Product Framework).
  • •Experience driving outcomes through integrated problem solving and transformational leadership across cross-functional teams.
