Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commissioning technical leadership with the region, including development of commissioning specifications, plan, procedures, and content.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed cost, quality, schedule and profit, including overseeing design through post-occupancy commissioning.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues, manage client expectations, and regularly update senior management on project status.
  • •Lead or contribute to commissioning proposal development, including technical approach and pricing, and participate in short-list interviews as SME and/or project lead.
  • •Develop and mentor junior, mid-level and senior staff, manage timesheets, leave approvals, and monitor performance to ensure team effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
  • •Demonstrated track record in managing the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplined institutional projects.
  • •Demonstrated track record in winning new work from both new and existing clients.
  • •Due to the nature or work, US citizenship is required.
