Job Summary

Manage and deliver project and programme controls for clients by tracking actuals, budgets, and forecasts to reflect business and project status. Work within an Integrated Programme Controls team, supporting PMO best practices on infrastructure projects. Use earned value monitoring, variance analysis, and cost/schedule baselines to produce reporting and support cost review meetings, while assisting with procedure development and change/scope control.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and deliver project and programme controls, addressing actual budget and forecast costs to capture project status.
•Support earned value monitoring, variance analysis, progress trend and cost impact analysis, and cost/schedule baseline development.
•Prepare revised cost forecasts for select accounts and assist with performance measurement and cost trending.
•Prepare and assist with project reporting, and participate in or lead project cost review meetings.
•Support scope control and change management by tracking change order status and assisting with procedure development and implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a recognised and accredited university or a project controls/management qualification (APMG Planning and Controls, Prince2, RICS, APM, MICE, CIOB).
•Proven experience and strong working knowledge in cost control or planning & scheduling within a multi-discipline project environment.
•Experience implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) based project control systems aligned with relevant national standards.
•Practical ability to apply critical project management concepts including EVM, project planning, risk analysis, and configuration management.
•Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project (or similar planning software) and PowerBI.
