Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to customers’ goals. Provide an excellent client experience, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Educate customers on emerging and self-service digital products, while partnering with branch teams to deliver operational accuracy.
