Job Summary

Coordinate action plans and manage cross-functional programs to enable on-time engine delivery at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Lead project timelines, collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Aftermarket, and ensure alignment across IPTs, with on-site, Longueuil-based operations supporting customer delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage projects and project timelines, driving collaboration across organizations and executing actions to bring projects to closure.
•Actively participate within Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure seamless transition of new models or engineering changes into production, including MRP, sourcing, capacity, lead time, tooling, product cost and logistics.
•Identify program risks and issues, develop strategies to meet objectives, coordinate supply actions and minimize excess inventory.
•Negotiate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, MED and Aftermarket to obtain buy-in for strategies and delivery dates.
•Provide program status reports to management and marketing, escalate issues as required to achieve resolution and support senior leadership in communicating Operations issues with customers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or operations management
•Minimum 5 years of experience
•Knowledge of SAP and PLM
•Ability to solve difficult problems, communicate clearly and lead projects
•PMP accreditation is an asset
