Relationship Banker/Senior Relationship Banker - Lake Deaton Plaza

Provide an industry-leading client experience in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships with new and existing consumer and small-business clients. Deliver consultative conversations to understand needs, recommend appropriate deposit, credit, and retirement solutions, and refer more complex requests to internal specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties, follow risk and compliance controls, and work toward individual and branch sales targets.
