Specialist, Population Health Impact

Build and sustain organizational capacity in population health by creating learning resources, educational materials, and employee orientation sessions. Manage the centralized intake process and lead end-to-end internal team communications, including drafting, coordinating contributions, and distributing content throughout the year. Serve as a key contact for Employee Resource Groups by supporting the annual ERG impACT project, and provide ongoing support for population health inquiries in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
