Job Summary

Serve as a Financial Center Retail Personal Banker after a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and sales/service. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify needs, and cross-sell retail and small-business products. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, refer customers to business partners, process teller transactions, and help meet experience and production goals while following risk and ethics policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing, supporting the financial center’s opening/closing activities as directed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
