Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale, multi-year IT programs and highly complex projects spanning multiple teams, vendors, and business functions.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery accountability, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program plans with dependencies, milestones, and critical paths; proactively manage risks and trade-offs.
  • •Translate business strategy into executable delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes; lead portfolio planning and governance aligned to enterprise strategy and value realization.
  • •Drive organizational change by helping teams adopt new planning models and IT PMO frameworks, mentor project managers, and run steering and status decision forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years managing enterprise-level IT programs, portfolios, product-oriented delivery models, enterprise architecture initiatives, or technology transformations in a PMO/IT leadership role.
  • •Strong command of Agile and waterfall/iterative planning, with experience adopting common planning cycles and delivery rhythms.
  • •PMP® or Six Sigma (or similar) certification.
  • •Technical fluency across enterprise applications, integration, cloud-based data platforms, and API-first architecture, plus experience with PM/portfolio tools.
