Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow scripts and standard procedures to answer inquiries received by phone, mail, and/or face-to-face contact, including written responses.
  • •Support audiovisual services for meetings, conferences, training sessions, and other events.
  • •Assist with setup, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, deployments, and upgrades for audio/video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot AV equipment and related hardware, software, infrastructure, and system performance issues; perform quality checks during live events.
