Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end analysis and delivery shaping, including requirements definition and functional delivery lifecycle from initiation through development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation.
•Oversee and prioritise a pipeline of initiatives by capturing, managing, and reporting work in relevant systems, and drive sequencing with senior stakeholders.
•Provide programme leadership for complex, high-risk, cross-functional and cross-product programmes, managing cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, and constraints.
•Lead governance, risk, and control activities aligned to change management and risk frameworks, including escalation, issue resolution, and audit-ready documentation.
•Support client onboarding and channel/product enablement, and act as a subject-matter expert while coaching/mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Clear communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging and presentations to varied audiences, including clients and third parties.
•Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and compelling visuals, with strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation across multiple deliverables.
•Fund accounting/funds administration knowledge in an asset management, custody, or fund services environment, including a demonstrable understanding of the NAV lifecycle.
•Knowledge of derivatives lifecycle accounting across OTC and/or listed derivatives, including accounting/NAV impacts through lifecycle events.
•Experience with reconciliations and exception management (cash, positions, holdings, NAV, price), including root-cause analysis and remediation tracking.
