Building Sciences Engineer

Contribute to safer, more resilient, longer-lasting buildings across BC’s Lower Mainland by supporting investigations, restoration assessments, and building envelope reviews. Create investigation reports, design documentation, and depreciation reports for strata and asset stakeholders, while performing non-invasive fieldwork and documenting findings on active construction sites. Progress toward specification writing and CRCA and project management responsibilities by sharing lessons learned and best practices with the team.
