Job Summary

Serve as the strategic CFO for the KBO region, partnering with regional leadership to set financial direction, drive sustainable growth, and ensure strong financial governance. Own end-to-end planning, forecasting, and long-range outlook, and deliver executive reporting and insights. Lead pricing, interchange, and investment governance, enhance financial controls and processes, and develop a high-performing finance team while influencing cross-functional decisions across a matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape and drive the financial strategy for KBO aligned to regional and global priorities.
•Lead the end-to-end planning cycle, including annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning.
•Drive financial performance through target-setting, tracking, and proactive risk/opportunity identification.
•Partner with regional/global teams on pricing, interchange, and commercial strategies to maximize revenue growth.
•Lead governance and team development, including financial controls/compliance, process and data integrity improvements, and developing the finance team.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 12+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 10+ years with a PhD.
•15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
•Deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, and strategic finance.
•Strong understanding of the payments industry and revenue drivers (preferred).
•Experience leading change programs and building high-performing, geographically distributed teams in a matrixed organization.
