•Define and track Records Team performance, both in aggregate and individually.

•Design internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team.
•Model capacity and margin constraints and build operational improvements (dashboards, Zapier, Retool) to streamline tracking and visibility, partnering with engineering on internal products.
