Job Summary

Account Executive in Bangkok leading client relationships and sales initiatives within the insurance sector. You’ll drive revenue through strategic planning, budgeting, and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service. Collaborate with Directors and Marketing teams to expand SME, Enterprise, and Affinity business, maintain carrier and partner relationships, and advocate for timely claims handling.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and develop long-term client relationships with professional service, sales and processing plans within the company framework
•Conduct strategic and campaign planning, budgeting and forecasting activities to meet product line and distribution channel goals
•Develop and/or adapt business expansion with existing clients and cross-selling opportunities
•Ensure client responsiveness by identifying needs and aligning insurance products/design with insurers to meet revenue budgets
•Support Directors and Marketing teams in researching market opportunities and executing regional strategies to grow SME, Enterprise and Affinity business while ensuring regulatory compliance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field; preferably in insurance or risk management
•3-5 years’ experience in the insurance industry
•Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Highly motivated with a team-oriented mindset
