Job Summary

Operate and enhance enterprise security platforms within a 24/7 rotational team, focusing on SASE and Palo Alto firewall environments. Monitor and tune security logs, detect suspicious activity and escalated threats, and handle incidents across endpoint protection and enterprise detection/response tools. Perform break-fix, patching, live updates, service-level monitoring, incident documentation, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze security logs, performance, availability, and service delivery against SLAs for production and development environments.
•Detect and respond to escalated threats and suspicious activity, coordinating incident handling from multiple security vectors.
•Administer and maintain security tools, including lifecycle management, break-fix, patching, and live updates.
•Document best practices, incident diagnosis/resolution steps, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting to stakeholders.
•Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and support implementation of preventative remedies while escalating unresolved issues until closure.

Key Requirements

•Palo Alto Firewall and SASE experience is must.
•Seasoned experience implementing and monitoring SIEM or security tools/technologies.
•Security incident detection, response, and handling across multiple vectors (including endpoint protection and enterprise detection/response).
•Strong knowledge of security architecture across different security technologies and tools.
•Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift team and follow SOPs, documentation, and reporting expectations.
