Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programs end-to-end by developing and executing comprehensive program plans covering scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk management, communications, and business case alignment.
  • •Establish program baselines and manage scope, timelines, and deliverables through changing priorities and complex business requirements.
  • •Monitor program performance against objectives, communicate progress, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
  • •Manage program performance against approved business cases by aligning to financial targets and strategic objectives, and making data-driven decisions.
  • •Lead and integrate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams, building stakeholder relationships and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product development, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • •Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management with direct responsibility for schedule, communication, risk management, financials, cross-functional leadership, and product quality.
  • •PMP certification completed or to be completed within 6 months of hire.
