Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical solution discovery and implementation for payment products with Visa’s clients. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and solution design artifacts, then guide implementations from design through go-live. Serve as a trusted technical advisor and product partner, prioritizing features and defining use cases, success metrics, and metrics-driven outcomes across cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

•Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals and define future-state solution vision based on current-state architecture.
•Translate business needs into technical/functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
•Create solution implementation artifacts such as solution designs, integration diagrams, and test plans.
•Guide clients through the implementation lifecycle from design to go-live, providing best practices and optimization guidance.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to prioritize features, review designs/integrations/configurations, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
•Strong background in payments and financial services consulting, with deep expertise in global banking and payment card systems plus merchant acquiring/processing.
•Advanced understanding of the end-to-end payments ecosystem, including transaction lifecycle, tokenization, fraud, disputes, and compliance.
•Demonstrated experience with eCommerce, mobile, and point-of-sale technologies; knowledge of fraud management and PCI; product management experience strongly preferred.
•Strong ability to operate in Agile environments, including Jira management, SDLC, roadmap development, requirements prioritization, user stories, and backlog grooming.
