Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal support focused on commercial law, advising on matters involving customers and suppliers.
  • •Monitor and supervise regulatory requirements related to sustainability, environmental matters, and Quality Management Systems, including CSDDD, CBAM, and PPWR.
  • •Support, supervise, and coordinate GDPR compliance and insurance management activities.
  • •Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure consistent, efficient legal support and lead compliance activities using Group compliance policies.
  • •Standardise legal review processes (contracts, claims, training) and promote an ethical and compliance-driven business culture.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Academic background in Law, with a double degree in Law and Business Administration required.
  • •Master’s degree or programme in Corporate Compliance highly valued.
  • •Strong knowledge of compliance and related local/international legislation, including AMLFT.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in business and contractual matters at multinational companies, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with risk identification and mitigation.
  • •Advanced professional English required; French desirable.
