Key Responsibilities

•Own technical accounting research and draft technical accounting memos across complex ASC topics, equity/financing transactions, and new product accounting
•Lead end-to-end global external audit management and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
•Design and implement internal controls framework and drive SOX readiness
•Oversee month-end close quality and GAAP compliance, identifying gaps/exceptions and maintaining accounting operations standards
•Manage multi-entity/multi-currency consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing compliance, and automate reconciliation/close between management and GAAP using NetSuite data flows and AI
