Key Responsibilities

  • •Overall responsibility for managing Projects in Poland (and neighboring countries as needed) from opportunity development stage to handing over the project successfully to customer.
  • •Ensures delivery of projects on time, within scope with zero or positive deviation.
  • •Maintains customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues.
  • •Ownership for Projects financial performance. Monitors financial performance monthly and reviews estimates versus actuals to continuously improve Projects operational metrics.
  • •Effectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to project delivery.
