Job Summary

Develop and release new product structures by creating and implementing BOMs and Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies. Partner with senior NPMEs on 3D solid model virtual analysis (MLO and DMU), participate in design reviews, and provide DFA/DFAe/DFTp/ITO feedback to meet cost, quality, and cycle-time goals. Execute change control activities (NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, ESWs), document issues, support root cause analysis, and lead managed build processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develops, implements, and releases new product BOMs and product structure for moderately complex assemblies under management supervision.
•Develops and validates Operation Method Sheets (OMS) for moderately complex assemblies.
•Supports virtual analysis and design reviews with senior NPMEs, including MLO and DMU, and provides feedback such as DFA/DFAe/DFTp/ITO.
•Executes change control processes including NSRs, ECOs, CCB, SPSs, and ESWs; logs change requests with senior NPMEs.
•Leads the Managed Build process and provides technical support and training to Applied and contract manufacturing resources, including piece part suppliers.

•Ability to work in clean room environments and meet physical/handling requirements (e.g., standing, lifting, tight spaces, and use of hand/power tools).
