Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate monthly payroll processes for assigned countries to ensure accurate and timely salary payments through external payroll providers.
  • •Provide payroll inputs for salaries, benefits, variable compensation/commissions, taxes, and statutory deductions.
  • •Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, and labor legislation, including benefits administration, leaves of absence, and employment requirements.
  • •Manage new hire, employee change, and termination documentation with external payroll providers and maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation across HR and payroll systems.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries; support payroll controls, audits, reconciliation, and prepare payroll reports and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in payroll administration within an international environment.
  • •Experience managing payroll processes through external payroll providers.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll legislation, labor regulations, and payroll controls.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
