Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in different phases of the software test lifecycle in collaboration with development teams and project engineers to drive defects to closure.
  • •Develop and complete automated and manual test plans/test cases using test strategies such as functional, negative, regression, customer/end user, performance, reliability, and usability testing.
  • •Prioritize and manage several concurrent projects and testing tasks.
  • •Reproduce, trouble-shoot, and triage software defects; report issues and drive them to closure.
  • •Build test plans/cases for new features, new products (dGPU and APU), and new operating systems (Linux and/or Windows), and help identify QA metrics and measurements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a bachelor’s program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Knowledge of software quality analysis processes and methodology.
  • •Experience with PC configuration troubleshooting and interest in PC platform architecture.
  • •Programming/scripting skills such as Python, VBA, C++, and Selenium.
  • •Exposure to development/triaging/debugging in Linux and/or Windows and familiarity with databases and reporting tools.
