Key Responsibilities

•Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver railway engineering projects.
•Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
•Promote health and safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations on projects.
•Oversee development and management of client requirements and assurance outputs (assumptions, departures).
•Lead design coordination activities and promote digitalisation to aid delivery.

Key Requirements

•Engineering management experience with multidisciplinary teams in railway engineering design
•Chartered or incorporated registration with a relevant professional engineering institution
•Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (CSM, CDM) and safe by design principles
•Experience across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to implementation in railway projects
•Ability to manage multiple workstreams and client/stakeholder relationships to deliver project outcomes
