  • •Lead, direct, and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams to deliver railway engineering projects.
  • •Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project outcomes.
  • •Promote health and safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations on projects.
  • •Oversee development and management of client requirements and assurance outputs (assumptions, departures).
  • •Lead design coordination activities and promote digitalisation to aid delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering management experience with multidisciplinary teams in railway engineering design
  • •Chartered or incorporated registration with a relevant professional engineering institution
  • •Strong understanding of health and safety regulations (CSM, CDM) and safe by design principles
  • •Experience across the full project lifecycle from feasibility to implementation in railway projects
