Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to clinical decision-making on product priorities, escalation paths, risk-stratification logic, and clinical content in partnership with anesthesiologist medical directors.
•Translate evolving evidence and regulatory expectations into product and workflow requirements with Medical Directors.
•Oversee the clinical outcomes framework, defining what is measured, how it is measured, and how impact is communicated (e.g., cancellation rates, nurse productivity, patient experience).
•Build and maintain executive-level clinical relationships with customer leadership (CMOs, CNOs, AVP/VP Perioperative Services, etc.).
•Set clinical workflow design standards and lead the clinical organization to scale while ensuring clinical fidelity from kickoff to steady state.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•RN with advanced practice and/or executive credentials, CRNA, or MD/DO in Anesthesiology
•Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative leadership roles
•Direct hands-on experience with pre-anesthesia testing operations and workflow design
•Experience at health-tech/digital health/healthcare AI company in clinical leadership or advisory capacity
•Track record of leading nursing teams through significant clinical workflow change and earning adoption from frontline staff
