Job Summary

Lead and govern the use of AI-enabled compliance tooling to automate oversight, monitoring, and documentation for ML and heuristic models in fiat and virtual currency products. Collaborate with ML, Engineering, and Policy teams to ensure defensible, regulator-ready solutions with real-time monitoring, governance, and risk controls across model development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Build with Modern AI Tools to scale oversight, monitoring, and documentation, including exam-ready outputs and data quality reporting.
•Design human-in-the-loop checkpoints to keep automated outputs defensible to regulators and monitors.
•Establish and maintain model/data governance frameworks aligned with SR 11-7, SR 26-2, and OCC 2011-12, ensuring exam-ready documentation.
•Lead the design and development of real-time dashboards to monitor model health and performance.
•Provide End-to-End Oversight of Model Development, including Transaction Monitoring, sanctions screening, and risk scoring models, plus AI-driven case resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,800 - 257,600 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions, or as a consultant working with financial institutions.
•Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT) and integrating AI into production workflows.
•Experience with Machine Learning and Heuristic models across Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Scoring.
•Experience with input data quality monitoring.
•Experience with model performance monitoring.
