Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair complex rental and customer heavy equipment and aerial lifts, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using real-time work order data. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, document completed work, and support pick-up/delivery. Use laptops and tablets comfortably, practice safe repair procedures, and assist in training lower-level technicians. The role is based in McKinney, TX with Monday–Friday scheduling plus on-call coverage.
