Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee payments cancellation requests, including logging and handling.
  • •Oversee and execute refunds and returns.
  • •Ensure smooth transaction processing by collaborating with and assisting the Finance team.
  • •Resolve customers’ problems related to payments and/or accounts and collaborate with internal teams.
  • •Handle banks and partners’ requests, including SWIFT payments handling, and review complaints related to banking products.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in related operational areas or financial services.
  • •Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, banking processes.
  • •Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
  • •Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • •Detail-oriented, highly organized, with accurate, accountable work and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
