The role focuses on sales development and relationship building by promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services while retaining customers. You’ll use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment, leverage CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments, cross-sell, coordinate referrals with business partners, and help meet customer experience and production goals while maintaining risk responsibility.
