Support Business Transformation Office projects from intake through delivery for Elastic’s global go-to-market teams. •Track project timelines, action items, risks, and key operational metrics.
•Support UAT, release readiness, change management, and create process documentation, training materials, and user communications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

•Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, monday.com, or Smartsheet.
•Solid Excel or Google Sheets skills, with strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
