Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand business requirements and optimize model performance for information extraction, intent classification, and tool calling.
  • •Use post-training technologies such as SFT, RLVR, and Agent RL to improve results in scenarios like intelligent debt collection and customer service.
  • •Ship LLM and agent-driven systems that support intelligent interaction across Global Payment.
  • •Stay current with the latest LLM research and actively participate in exploring and researching new business applications.
  • •Own an end-to-end research direction and validate ideas using real global production traffic.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduating with a PhD (or above) in a related field such as artificial intelligence, computer science, or pattern recognition.
  • •Strong programming skills, proficient in at least one language such as Python or C++, and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • •Familiar with model architectures including Attention, Transformer, BERT, and GPT, and familiar with open-source large models such as LLaMA and ChatGLM.
  • •Experience with fine-tuning and training open-source models is preferred.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills, plus good communication and teamwork abilities.
