Job Summary

Drive studio budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis to measure progress against financial targets for major game franchises. Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, build and refine complex decision models, and partner with studio and publishing leaders to manage P&L. Produce recurring management reports with executive “so-what” insights, optimize financial systems and workflows, and mentor junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, setting operating assumptions and analyzing variances to identify risks and opportunities.
•Create and refine complex decision models and analyses to support game development and business decisions.
•Serve as a financial partner to studio and publishing leads, providing actionable data to manage P&L.
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and deliver concise executive insights.
•Identify and implement improvements to financial systems and workflows; mentor junior staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2 - 4 years accounting or finance experience.
•Experience using Excel.
•Experience creating financial forecasts and modeling scenarios (ideally in video games, e-commerce, or mobile apps).
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent experience.
•Experience using databases and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Oracle, Workday, SQL).
